I put in the wrong name or delivery address. Can I change it?

Provided your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to make this update for you. Please email us at [email protected] and we will confirm once this has been updated. (Our emails are monitored between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and we'll aim to get back to you within two working days. Please note this may be longer during busier periods.)

What delivery do you use?

Our standard delivery for the UK is Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. Postage rates are calculated by the weight and quantity of your order and charges will be added during checkout. We deliver to addresses within the zones listed here (covering the UK, Europe and World Zones 1 and 2). Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to countries other than those listed above. International shipping rates differ and will be added during checkout.

What is your refund policy?

We hope that you are happy with your order however we understand that things may not always be right for you. Please check our returns & refund policy to find out more.

When will my order be dispatched?

We will be working hard to get your product to you as quickly as possible. We aim to send out all products within 5-7 working days.

Why is my payment not going through?

We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties with your payment. If you were having trouble at the checkout, this might be to do with the 'Use one billing and shipping address' button. If the shipping and billing address is the same, you do not need to click this button. If you have a different shipping and billing address, please click the button and update both the shipping and billing addresses before going to the next step. We also suggest you use chrome as your browser, if possible. If you are opting to pay via paypal, a new window will open so please ensure the site is not blocked and pop-ups are enabled.
